WORK HISTORY AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Ernie Sumrall is founder, owner, and chief operator of Top Dog Real Estate Appraisals, LLC: a residential real estate appraisal firm serving the greater Tampa Bay, FL area. Ernie is a full-time professional residential real estate appraiser. Ernie was a full-time pastor, and remains on staff as a parish priest with Church of the Resurrection (Anglican) in Tampa, FL. He brings a rich background of formal academic training, human resources skills, as well as property management expertise to the appraisal profession. Ernie has completed appraisal assignments for numerous clients and lending institutions including: Chase Mortgage, New Century Mortgage Corp., The Financial Group, World Savings, and H&R Block Mortgage. World Savings Bank named Ernie an “Area Expert Residential Appraiser” in 2006. Ernie has also been placed on Chase Bank’s “select appraiser” roster for appraising high-end, atypical, and complex properties.
